Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a qualified Surveyor to conduct ocular inspections of proposed plant sites, plan and analyze the optimum construction design, and ensure accurate survey data for monthly progress claims. You will use and maintain survey software, perform field surveys, collect daily data, and coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams to ensure designs are correctly implemented in the field.

Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, and English proficiency are

• Min. 3 years experiences as a Surveyor.
• Able to operate survey equipment.
• Willing to be placed in all project.
• Able to operate mining survey equipment
• May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conducts ocular inspections of proposed plant site to plan, review, and analyze the optimum design of proposed construction.
• Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
• Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
• Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
• Coordinate and liase with Engineering and Constructions Team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
