Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Lead Engineer for Oil & Gas Production or Petrochemical facilities. A Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical/electrical) and 10+ years of relevant experience are required, including at least 1 year in a Lead role.

You will lead interfaces with Operations and other teams, use international codes, read drawings, conduct risk and hazard analyses, and guide multi-discipline decisions to ensure safe, efficient start-up and operation.

Job description

At Minimum have graduated with bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical/physich/electrical) with minimum 10 years of working experience in Oil&Gas Production Facility; OR Petrochemical Facility.

Able to act as lead interface point between Operations and other operation team if requered.

Have experience working in Projects and Operations Environment.

Maximun age is 55 years old by end of december 2026

Have minimum of 1 year experience as Lead Engineer.

Have proficiency in using international standards and codes related with Oil&Gas Production Facility; OR Petrochemical Facility.

Have proficiency in using/reading engineering drawings.

Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis.

Have knowledge and experience in project management.

Have excellent interpersonals skill including the ability to interact effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels in a field or office setting.

Have prificiency and skill to drive multidiscipline decision so support operation interest to have more simplified and safe operation.

Have knowledge in project construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up process including involvement in previous Oil&Gas project.
