Job summary

PT Jomon Persada Nusantara seeks an experienced Services Manager to lead and optimise technical service operations, including repair and installation services for lubrication systems and fire protection equipment.

You will plan rosters, manage field teams, supervise service delivery, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLAs while collaborating with HR and clients across multiple site locations in Indonesia. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Management or related field.
• 5+ years in Technical Service/Maintenance/Engineering with 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in developing site rosters and designing organisational structures or job descriptions.
• Experience with industrial product services (lubrication systems or fire protection is a plus).
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills; able to coordinate with HR and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for scheduling and reports.
• Willing to travel regularly to various site locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work rosters, field break schedules, and task rotation for mechanics, technicians, and Site Coordinators across various site locations to ensure optimal manpower availability.
• Assist management in developing, reviewing, and finalising Job Descriptions for various positions in field service operations to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities and targets.
• Direct and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair schedules for the engineering product portfolio at industrial facilities and customer sites to ensure timely completion.
• Lead the field technical team, monitor work discipline and productivity, and provide training to improve team skills.
• Manage service operational budgets, monitor spare parts availability, and ensure cost efficiency and safe operations on every project.
• Serve as escalation point of contact for clients regarding advanced operational issues and ensure achievement of SLAs for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular service performance reports, analyse manpower attendance and utilization, warranty claims, and operational efficiency.
