Job summary

Geotab Inc. in Indonesia seeks a Field Service Technical Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for vehicle telematics installations, installation standards, and field validation. You will work with customers, installation partners, and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years in a related field, with strong OBD/CAN knowledge, SAE standards, and the ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in installation field service in telematics/automotive.
• Experience with OBD and CAN communications and SAE standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support across Geotab's installation and field services ecosystem.
• Conduct site visits for telemetry projects and pilot programs; perform installation audits.
• Create and maintain installer certification programs and installation guides.
