Pt. Graithlene Sukses Indonesia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our installation and maintenance team in Tangerang. You will install, configure, and commission telecommunications equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues at customer sites across Banten.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Telecommunications engineering and 3–5 years of field service experience with RF, 4G/5G, and IP networking. Travel to sites and safety-conscious work are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field.
• 3-5 years of field service or network deployment experience in telecom.
• Strong RF, 4G/5G, and IP networking knowledge.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Field Service Engineer

Our client is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Engineer to join their installation and maintenance team in Tangerang. This hands-on role is critical for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our telecommunications equipment at customer locations. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems, working directly with clients to provide technical expertise and support. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission telecommunications equipment, including base stations, antennas, and associated hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative repairs on network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports for installations and upgrades.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Liaise with customers to ensure their technical needs are met and provide basic training where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in field service or network deployment for telecommunications.
