Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a field Sales Supervisor to drive regional targets and lead a team of 15-20 promoters. You will visit merchants daily, foster strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure promotional programs run effectively.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a knack for social media-driven marketing. Shifts are expected to cover daily operations and field activities in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Must have leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets in the area.
• Visit merchants daily and build good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs meet sales targets and run smoothly.
• Place POP materials promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales info, competitors, and field issues.
• Supervise 15-20 sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for promoters.
