Job summary

PT Chemarome Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to lead field canvassing across multiple provinces in Indonesia. The role requires frequent travel to supervise the sales team, monitor market execution, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in B2B sales and 1 year in a leadership role is required, preferably in fragrance or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop approximately 5–10 Sales Canvassers across assigned provinces.
• Conduct regular field visits and business travel to monitor team activities and market execution.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and territory plans for each assigned province.
• Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor the team's daily activities, productivity, discipline, customer visits, pipelines, and sales results.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through canvassing, field visits, networking, and territory mapping.
• Expand the company's B2B customer base, including perfume refill stores, laundry businesses, distributors, resellers, SMEs, and other segments.
• Accompany the sales team during customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and closing activities when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
