Responsabilités

• Assign and mobilize field personnel to maximize crew effectiveness.
• Manage contracts, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and immigration where needed.
• Recruit, hire, and negotiate contracts for field employees.
• Analyze workload data and optimize crew composition for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor utilization, bench costs, and field performance measures.
• Collaborate with regional teams to balance staffing across outages.
• Ensure compliance with EHS training and company policies.
