Briefly, the Field Representative Feed LPG is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting and selling the company's feed and LPG products, and providing technical support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing customers in assigned territories to understand their feed and LPG needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's feed and LPG products.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding proper feed usage, animal health, and LPG applications.
• Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and farmer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or field operations, preferably in the animal feed, agricultural, or LPG industry.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and farm management practices.
• Knowledge of LPG products and applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Field Representative Lampung bertanggung jawab untuk mengoordinasikan pengiriman dan distribusi produk pakan ke berbagai lokasi peternakan dan pelanggan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, serta memastikan kelancaran operasional rantai pasok yang tepat waktu dan efisien.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

• Mengelola dan mengoordinasikan jadwal harian pengiriman ke peternakan dan pelanggan, serta mengoptimalkan rute demi efisiensi.
• Memantau tingkat stok pakan di berbagai lokasi dan berkoordinasi dengan pemasok untuk memastikan ketersediaan yang berkelanjutan.
• Melakukan kunjungan lapangan secara berkala untuk menilai kebutuhan pelanggan, menangani kendala, dan membangun hubungan yang kuat.
• Menyusun dan menyerahkan laporan mengenai jadwal pengiriman, tingkat stok, dan umpan balik pelanggan.
• Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah terkait pasokan atau pengiriman pakan secara cepat dan tepat.
• Berkolaborasi dengan departemen internal seperti logistik, penjualan, dan produksi untuk memperlancar operasional.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

• Gelar Sarjana S1 peternakan.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang penyuluh lapangan atau operasional lapangan.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik, serta kemampuan membangun hubungan baik dengan peternak
• Terbukti mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mengelola berbagai tugas secara bersamaan.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Memiliki SIM yang berlaku dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas secara rutin di wilayah kerja yang ditentukan.
• Mampu memberikan pendampingan dan pembinaan teknis kepada peternak.
