Job summary

Wahana Visi Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day implementation of the Flores Earthquake Emergency Response project. You will supervise the Project Officer, ensure activities meet timelines, and align with donor requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates from other fields are welcome.
• 3–5 years of work experience or at least 1 year as supervisor/coordinator in humanitarian programs.
• Experience coordinating between sub-district and district government institutions and humanitarian organizations.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local languages preferred.
• English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Owns a vehicle.
• 50% field 50% admin.
• Prepared to reside in the service area and engage in field mobility.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proficient in using digital applications and improving documentation processes.
• Understanding of community development and mobilization concepts.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project implementation, ensuring on-time, in-scope activities.
• Supervise Project Officer and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, coordinate reporting, ensure donor and organizational compliance.
• Contribute to Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response.
• Support emergency response delivery in Flores under donor requirements and World Vision standards.
