Job summary

World Vision Indonesia (WVI) is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Flores Earthquake Emergency Response (FOSTER) to oversee day-to-day implementation, ensure activities meet donor requirements, and provide technical guidance to the Project Officer. The role involves extensive field work and coordination with government and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality humanitarian assistance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences is preferred, but candidates from other fields are welcome.
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills are required.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; local language knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement detailed project work plans aligned with donor requirements and organizational standards.
Supervise and provide guidance to the Project Officer for quality implementation.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting to the Team Leader.
Ensure safeguarding, GESI, CEA, and accountability are integrated across activities.
Coordinate with district governments, schools, partners, and stakeholders to support implementation and lessons learned.
