Zusammenfassung

Center for Indonesia's Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI) seeks a Program Officer for PHIL’s hypertension Model of Care in Tegal/Brebes. The role ensures clinical presence, trains health workers and navigators, and monitors implementation daily to support people-centred primary care.

Reporting to the Lead for Service Delivery, you will supervise training, ensure SOP adherence, and compile fidelity data for monthly learning reviews to guide program decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Medicine or Nursing; midwifery with NCD experience considered.
• At least two years of clinical or programme work in primary care, with NCD or hypertension experience.
• Fluent Indonesian; English for reading guidelines and writing short reports.

Aufgaben

• Ensure facility readiness and training; coach navigators and staff.
• Check care follows agreed pathway and SOPs; monitor fidelity data.
• Maintain registers, recall lists and data quality; feed monthly learning reviews.

Kenntnisse

Clinical experience in primary care

NCD or hypertension services

Training supervision of health workers

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing

Midwifery with NCD experience (considered)
