Job summary

PT DCI Indonesia Tbk in West Java, Cibitung, is seeking an Associate Officer, GA (Field) to manage daily on-site General Affairs operations across office and client areas, ensuring top-quality facility maintenance, vendor supervision, and inventory management.

You will inspect GA handymen, OBs, gardeners, and cleaners, maintain supplies, conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and safety, and escalate issues to the HRGA Manager. Willing to be stationed full-time on-site at Cibitung.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Field GA Operations, Facility Supervision, or Hospitality Management.
• Core Competencies: Strong discipline, service orientation, and field leadership.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, pleasant personality, and ability to manage support staff.
• Personal Attributes: Responsive, proactive, and self-initiated in handling physical facility issues.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
• Location: Willing to be stationed full-time on-site at Cibitung, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise daily work execution by GA handymen, OB, Gardeners, and Cleaners to ensure high-quality standards and contractual compliance.
• Ensure all office supplies, cleaning consumables, and facility inventories are available and properly distributed.
• Conduct regular inspections across all facility areas (office spaces, customer rented areas, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and restrooms) to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, HSE compliance, and adequate supplies.
• Timely elevate non-compliant operational situations or facilities issues directly to the HRGA Manager.
• Able manage to manage multiple site remotely
