Job summary

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking a Site Supervisor for Fire Protection and Plumbing to oversee installation activities at the project site in Indonesia. You will review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and disciplines, and ensure work aligns with specifications and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on site work, attention to safety (HSE), and timely progress reporting. Experience in data center projects is a plus, and availability to join ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Fire Protection and Plumbing installation or construction.
• Experience in testing and commissioning of Fire Protection and Plumbing systems is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site installation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Data Center projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work at the project site.
• Available to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Fire Protection and Plumbing installation activities.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and other disciplines.
• Monitor work progress and ensure installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of installation works.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for resolution.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with project requirements, quality standards, and HSE procedures.
