Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety practices within the Maintenance field. You will be integrated into the operational team to implement policies and ensure site safety.

The role requires extensive EHS experience (7+ years in EHS, 10+ years overall), fluent English and Bahasa, and the ability to coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and client EHS representatives. On-site work in Batam, Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years in an EHS role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement project EHS policies, procedures and requirements at the worksite.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with RA, MS, JSA and PTW requirements.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings and EHS awareness programs.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, work at height, hot work and confined spaces.
• Report incidents and investigate with corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, and safety statistics.
• Support emergency preparedness and drills at the site.
