Job summary

PT LOCALIFE NEXUS GLOBAL is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to acquire and onboard driver and service partners across motorcycle, car, and moving services. You will explain services, benefits, and onboarding requirements while engaging partners in both online and offline channels.

You will conduct field visits, hit monthly targets, and report daily activities. A strong, self-motivated communicator with a valid SIM C and own motorcycle is required for travel within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Driver Acquisition, Partner Acquisition, Field Sales, or related roles preferred.
• Own motorcycle and valid SIM C required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new drivers and service partners (motorcycle, car, moving services).
• Identify and approach potential drivers/partners through online and offline channels.
• Explain services, benefits, requirements, and registration procedures to partners.
