Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the KREASI program in two districts in Maluku Utara, ensuring high-quality implementation and safeguarding across partners.

You will lead the provincial team, manage budgets, strengthen relationships with government and partners, and advocate for education initiatives at provincial and district levels. This role requires frequent travel and field presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in an NGO environment, including field implementation.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and donor compliance knowledge.
• Fluent Indonesian; strong English written and spoken skills.
• Willingness to be stationed in the field with frequent travel to program areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the Provincial team, setting expectations and ensuring support for partner implementation.
• Oversee partner activities, safeguarding, MEAL, and donor reporting in line with requirements.
• Represent KREASI with government stakeholders and external partners to advance program objectives.
• Ensure financial and administrative management, risk mitigation, and high-quality program delivery.
