Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the KREASI financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budget management, and donor compliance. You will drive financial strategy, manage risk, and guide staff to support program objectives.

The role emphasizes partnership monitoring, budget control, and timely financial reporting to donors and regulators within a dynamic NGO setting. English fluency and robust analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience in finance within corporate or NGO environments.
• Experience managing institutional grants, contracts and sub-grants with funder guidelines (USAID, EC, EUD).
• Strong knowledge of grant documentation and compliance issues.
• Experience in disaster/emergency response preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred; professional accounting designation (CPA/CA/ACMA/ACCA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the KREASI finance function and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, budget variance analysis, and monitoring of Budget vs Actual with clear accountability.
• Manage sub-grantees, partner financial reporting, audits, and donor compliance.
• Lead finance staff development, training, and performance management.
• Ensure financial systems, controls, and asset management across field offices.
• Support audits and donor reporting to meet regulatory and donor requirements.
