ROLE OVERVIEW

Support holding's strategic growth through financial advisory. Lead optimization projects across portfolio, evaluate M&A opportunities, and provide strategic financial guidance to business unit leadership. Build
and mentor the internal consulting capability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in finance/accounting management or consulting

PREFERRED

• Big 10 or mid-tier consulting background
• 2+ years in plantation, fishery, or construction industries
• Tax advisory or forensic audit experience
