Job summary

Ivory Studio Yogyakarta is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee content production operations, coordinating fashion shoots, and managing visual assets and daily administration.

You will source and coordinate third‑party teams (models, MUA, hairstylists), ensure shoot readiness (accommodation, catering, wardrobe, equipment), prepare cost estimates, and archive RAW/edited content while curating catalogs.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative production project management or fashion shoot coordination.
• Detail-oriented in administrative matters and data entry.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, photographers, models and MUA.

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate third-party teams (models, MUA, hairstylists) for fashion shoots.
• Ensure shoot operational readiness (accommodation, catering, wardrobe, equipment) and monitor live sessions.
• Prepare cost estimates, verify third-party invoices, and reconcile with Finance.
• Archive content assets (RAW and edited) to NAS and spreadsheet, and curate catalog fashion.
• Distribute briefs, design layouts, and daily tasks to Graphic Design Coordinators and Photographers/Editors.
