Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in video, photography, and/or graphic design is also required.
• A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire content creation process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom is a must. You should also be highly familiar with using mirrorless cameras, specifically the Sony Alpha 7 III.
• Experience with After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to overcome creative and logistical challenges.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
• Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & to travel frequently.
