Job summary

PT Catorce in Bali seeks a detail-oriented Fashion Quality Control (QC) to join the production team. You will inspect finished and semi-finished fashion products to ensure they meet quality standards, check stitching, measurements, finishing, color, materials, accessories, and overall appearance.

You will identify defects, coordinate with production for repairs, record QC results, and ensure products are cleared before packing and shipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
• Experience in fashion, garment, apparel, tailoring, or production QC is preferred.
• Understand basic garment construction, sewing, finishing, and product measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects.
• Able to meet production targets with accuracy and consistency.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to communicate with the production team.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
• Experience checking jackets, pants, leather products, accessories or detailed fashion items is a plus.
