PT Catorce in Bali seeks a detail-oriented Fashion Quality Control (QC) to join the production team. You will inspect finished and semi-finished fashion products to ensure they meet quality standards, check stitching, measurements, finishing, color, materials, accessories, and overall appearance.
You will identify defects, coordinate with production for repairs, record QC results, and ensure products are cleared before packing and shipment.

Inspect finished and semi-finished fashion products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Check stitching, measurements, construction, finishing, color, materials, accessories, and overall product appearance.
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues before products proceed to packing and shipping.
Compare finished products with approved samples, specifications, and production standards.
Coordinate with the production team regarding products that require repair or correction.
Record QC results and report recurring quality issues.
Ensure products are properly checked before approval for packing and shipment.
Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
Previous experience in fashion, garment, apparel, tailoring, or production QC is preferred.
Understand basic garment construction, sewing, finishing, and product measurement.
Strong attention to detail and able to identify small defects.
Able to work accurately and consistently with production targets.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to communicate well with the production team.
Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
Experience checking jackets, pants, leather products, accessories, or detailed fashion products will be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is not only checking whether a product is “good or bad,” but who can understand why a product does not meet the required standard and communicate clearly with the production team to improve it.
