Job summary

PT. Niaga Aneka Mode is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to drive sales by optimizing point-of-purchase and shelf management. You will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time and price.

Responsibilities include planning merchandising strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and collaborating with buyers, suppliers, and analysts. The role requires English fluency and willingness to work in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Fashion design or related field.
• Knowledge of fashion retail and merchandising trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making abilities.
• Commercial acumen with ability to decode customer needs.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies.
• Analyse sales figures, customer reactions and market trends.
• Plan budgets and present sales forecasts (OTB).
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, operations and analysts.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns and promotions.
