Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• 3+ years in commercial, buying, merchandising, or planning roles in fashion apparel retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion apparel trends and retail dynamics.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of commercial strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets for fashion apparel.
• Collaborate with Buying and Planning to optimize assortment, size mix, and inventory.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, sell-through, and stock aging; provide actionable insights.
• Conduct store visits and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly commercial and analytical reports to support decision-making.
• Provide feedback to concept, design, and buying teams to align with market demand.
