Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Fare Loader to manage product, pricing, and availability data for international clients and suppliers. You will load, verify, and maintain information across systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in a fast-paced travel industry environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, with a preference for experience in travel data management and the ability to work with overseas stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Load, update, and maintain product, pricing, and availability information in designated systems based on client and supplier requests, ensuring updates are accurate and within SLAs
• Review, analyze, and interpret supplier contracts and information to understand product requirements, conditions, pricing, and updates
• Validate product data and processes to ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistent with requirements
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or potential issues and determine root causes to maintain data accuracy
• Communicate findings, risks, and issues with the Supervisor and team members to resolve concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to support accurate product maintenance
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy, data integrity, and productivity within timelines

In this role, you'll work with product information, supplier contracts, pricing, and availability, ensuring that the right information is accurately loaded and maintained in our systems.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, where your analytical skills and attention to detail directly contribute to the accuracy and quality of travel products offered to customers worldwide. You'll also collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions, giving you valuable exposure to global business operations and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, update, and maintain product, pricing, and availability information in designated systems based on client and supplier requests, ensuring all updates are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs
• Review, analyze, and interpret supplier contracts and supporting information to understand product requirements, conditions, pricing, and applicable updates
• Validate product data and processes to ensure information is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with client and supplier requirements
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or potential issues, determine root causes where applicable, and take appropriate action to maintain data and product accuracy
• Communicate findings, risks, and potential issues proactively with the Supervisor and relevant team members, ensuring concerns are escalated early and resolved effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to support accurate and efficient product maintenance
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, data integrity, and productivity within agreed timelines

Is this you?

• Good command of written and spoken English, with the confidence to work in an international environment
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong curiosity and high attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders
• Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
• Experience working with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity is also an advantage
• Must be willing to work on shift, including weekends and public holiday
• Willing to be placed in either Jakarta Office or BSD Office
