Job summary

INL International Technology PTE LTD is seeking a layout design specialist with long-term garment factory management experience. The role focuses on translating client requirements into practical 2D/3D layouts using AutoCAD/SolidWorks, while ensuring production efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

You will collaborate with sales, project, and engineering teams, review feedback, and maintain documentation. Domestic/international travel is expected to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Long-term experience in garment factory management.
• Ability to accurately understand client needs when discussing solutions.
• Capacity to integrate experience, client requirements, and existing automation hardware and software to propose a sound solution.
• Strong communication and cognitive skills to seek and integrate support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop layout designs based on customer requirements, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare 2D/3D layout drawings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Analyze project requirements and propose optimal layout solutions for production lines or equipment placement.
• Collaborate with sales, project, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project scope and timeline.
• Review and revise layouts based on feedback from internal teams and customers.
• Ensure all designs comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency.
• Support proposal preparation by providing layout drawings and technical explanations.
• Conduct site measurements or surveys when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all layout designs.
