Job summary

PHC Indonesia is seeking a Factory Engineering Staff to join our Engineering team in Bekasi, Indonesia. This role aims to strengthen factory engineering capability to support business growth and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and engineering innovation.

The position focuses on providing engineering support to manufacturing operations, analyzing performance, and implementing process enhancements to reduce downtime and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Analytical, hands-on, and possess strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or factory operations is preferred.

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations to ensure production equipment, facilities, and processes perform efficiently and reliably.
• Analyze production and equipment performance; troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support equipment installation and improvement projects; implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Overview

PHC Indonesia is a manufacturer of medical devices and components, including electronic equipment (blood glucose meters, biomedical freezers, biomedical incubators and other medical equipment). We also provide EMS (electronics manufacturing service) for medical devices, automotive, and other industries. We are seeking a Factory Engineering Staff to join our Engineering team.
