Job summary

Alcon Indonesia Batam is seeking an Associate II for Quality Management Systems within the Quality & Regulatory Affairs function. This role focuses on handling complex QMS tasks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and GxP requirements.

You will prepare and deliver user training, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement, while collaborating with global teams to meet regulatory standards and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering (Open to recent grads)
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with the global teams.
  • Basic Understanding of Medical Devices
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking

The Associate II, Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks related to quality management systems. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Handle complex tasks related to quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Prepare and deliver user training and ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) requirements by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Maintain accurate and complete documentation
  • Complete all required training
  • Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
  • Commit to continuous improvement in operations
