Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Quality Systems professional in Batam to handle complex tasks related to our quality management system and ensure compliance with internal policies and GxP requirements.

You will maintain accurate documentation, participate in training, and support ongoing improvements while following SOPs. English proficiency and a science/engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering (Open to recent grads).
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with global teams.

• Handle complex tasks related to quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Prepare and deliver user training and ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) requirements by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Complete all required training
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
