Job summary
Oryx Services is seeking a Facility Integrity Management System (FIMS) Technician to support data-driven integrity and reliability programs across facilities. You will collect, validate, and analyze PM/CM data, ensuring data quality in SAP PM, IPES, and related systems to drive asset performance improvements.
The role emphasizes KPI reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to support regulatory compliance and reliable operation in asset-intensive environments.
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot, Power Query and Data Visualization
- Experience with SAP PM for maintenance management and reporting
- Familiarity with IPES or similar asset integrity systems
- Knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM) platforms
- Ability to develop KPI dashboards and maintenance performance reports
- Strong data quality management and data validation practices
Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain integrity and maintenance data from multiple sources
- Analyze PM/CM data to identify reliability trends and maintenance effectiveness
- Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and performance metrics for facility integrity
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance on records
- Generate periodic reports on equipment health and backlog status
- Support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis and trend monitoring
