Golden Agri Resources is seeking an Operations Engineer to oversee and optimize the efficiency of its Tangerang facilities. This on-site role focuses on analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing robust improvements to boost productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering, facility management, or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing or industrial facility operations.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of staff.
• Must be available to work on-site in Tangerang.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing facility operations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in workflow, resource allocation, and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of facility equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with management and staff to implement strategic operational changes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Support the planning and execution of facility upgrades and expansions.
