• Strong in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost breakdowns.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
• Support bid submissions and documentation.
