EY FAAS team is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to help clients navigate complex reporting and regulatory challenges. You will deliver insights and create solutions that strengthen control functions and support compliant reporting.

The role blends technical depth with practical business acumen to help clients adapt in a dynamic market. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with GPA 3.20, fluency in English and Indonesian, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with GPA 3.20 or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage; strong English and Indonesian communication is required.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new accounting standards to ensure reporting compliance.
• Provide advice on complex accounting issues.
• Support M&A activities and IPO readiness.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures with accuracy.
