Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Associate for the CBS - Internal Audit (System & Procedure) to support finance and accounting procedures and maintain strong governance across FA modules within SAP.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–3 years of Internal Audit experience, plus strong communication, attention to detail, and advanced MS Office skills. On-site work with EY’s global capabilities and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with 3.20 GPA and 2-3 years experience in Internal Audit.
• Good communication
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office (e.g Pivot, Vlook-up, etc)

Responsibilities

• Perform & control the Finance and Accounting (FA) procedures and compliance with all applicable regulations/policies
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate the existing FA’s SOP and accounting documentation/flowcharts/data based on the ad-hoc project
• Maintain open communication with Stakeholders
• Conduct follow up to the findings
• Engage to continuous knowledge development to all FA modules (e.g. AR, AP, Billing, GL, Payment, etc) regarding to the SAP system
