Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00.
• Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Positive attitude towards challenges and willingness to learn.
• Service-oriented and able to work in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to identify sources of financial data and determine the best way to gather and process it.
• Helping clients develop, implement, and maintain financial control procedures.
• Identifying complex accounting problems related to workflow processes.
• Suggesting the best solutions to identify accounting problems.
• Interacting with clients and team members for month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensuring the accounting process is performed with proficiency, timely, and compliant with standards.
• Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
