The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with about 5+ years of relevant experience, showcasing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controlling or analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience preparing financial and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of periodic financial and management reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in controlling and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to validate financial information.
• Collaborate with regional and global Finance teams on reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and reporting efficiency initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required.
