Job summary

Marriott International’s Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Surabaya seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the property's restaurants, room service and banquets. You will shape the culinary and service strategy, align with brand initiatives, and drive revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires senior F&B leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and collaborative relationships with operating departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree with 4 years of related experience in F&B, culinary, events, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing budgets and cost controls in a hospitality operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement F&B goals and budgets aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead and develop the food & beverage leadership team to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction across all F&B touchpoints.
• Oversee operations, rooms service, restaurants, bars, and banquets as applicable.
