Job summary
Cinépolis Indonesia is seeking an F&B Delivery Officer (Contract Based) to manage Cinépolis' online food delivery channels across GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, and other platforms.
The role focuses on maintaining menus, prices, availability, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing performance, and driving online sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. It is an on-site, office-based position with cross-functional exposure.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B, e-commerce, or online delivery operations.
- Experience with GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiar with online menus, promotions, pricing, and marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of F&B products on delivery platforms.
- Update online menus, pricing, descriptions, imagery, and promos.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with cinema/F&B teams to ensure accuracy.
- Track platform performance and resolve orders, cancellations, and issues.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to fix issues and optimize campaigns.
- Prepare reports on online delivery performance and key KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales through menu optimization and promotions.
- Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with teams for service recovery.
