Job summary

Cinépolis Indonesia in Balikpapan is hiring a Front of House Crew to deliver outstanding guest service across ticketing, concessions, ushering and assistance.

You will operate POS systems, help guests with showtimes and promotions, and maintain a clean, safe cinema environment while following company policies and working as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• SMK graduate in tourism or hotel management.
• 2–3 years experience in retail, hospitality or quick-service operations.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at ticket sales, concession counters, ushering, and guest assistance.
• Operate POS systems accurately for ticket and food & beverage sales.
• Assist guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and promotions.
• Ensure the cinema environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and effectively.
• Participate in promotional activities, special screenings, and events when required.
• Work as a team to maintain cinema standards and a positive atmosphere.
