Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia's Novotel Bali Benoa is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead all outlets including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets, and to drive service excellence across the resort.

You will partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee to shape the F&B strategy, develop a high‑performing, guest‑centric team, run campaigns to boost guest engagement and revenue, manage budgets and costs, and ensure HACCP and local compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience as Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in resort or upscale hotel.
• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and revenue through initiatives.
• Strong understanding of F&B financials, budgeting, and labour management.
• Hands-on, on-floor leader capable of coaching and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

As we continue to strengthen our Food & Beverage operation, we are looking for a passionate, hands‑on leader who enjoys building teams, improving business performance and creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Description

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation across restaurants, bars, room service and banquet operations.

Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our F&B business through operational excellence, team development and commercial initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.
• Developing a motivated, service‑oriented team through coaching, training and performance management.
• Driving guest engagement and increasing outlet performance through creative promotions, activations and memorable dining experiences.
• Improving in‑house guest capture, average spend and overall outlet profitability.
• Working closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and resort experiences.
• Managing departmental budgets, labour productivity, forecasting and food & beverage costs.
• Ensuring compliance with Accor standards, HACCP and local regulations.
• Being a visible and hands‑on leader who supports the operation during busy service periods.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the ambition to grow, the resilience to lead, and the ability to make a positive impact.

You should ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, or an experienced Outlet Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role.
• Experience in resort, leisure or upscale hotel environments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction, team performance or commercial results through practical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage financials, including cost control, labour management and budgeting.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate both experienced and developing team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bali experience is advantageous but not essential.
