• Having working experience at F&B Industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Expansion, or a related role
• Have a strong network for commercial property/outlet locations
• Have connections with potential investors is a strong advantage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skill
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
