Job summary

Kacamatamoo is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop and implement in-store visual concepts across multiple eyewear stores. The role focuses on creating attractive displays, signage, and POSM that reflect the brand and boost sales.

You will travel regularly between Kacamatamoo stores, coordinating with Marketing and Store Ops. Requires degree in a related field and at least 2 years’ VMD experience, with strong communication and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or eyewear
• Experience handling VMD and POSM execution across multiple stores
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising, product display, store layout, and customer flow
• Experience managing POSM such as hanging banners, wobblers, POP displays, easels, price holders, and other in-store materials
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to create reports, presentations, and VMD guidelines
• Willing to work WFO and travel regularly to Kacamatamoo stores
• Have a private vehicle and be comfortable traveling between stores

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Kacamatamoo’s brand identity and sales objectives
• Create and execute eyewear and store displays including displays, signage, POSM, window displays, floor plans, and promotional areas
• Ensure frames, lenses, accessories, and promotional materials are displayed attractively to encourage engagement and purchase
• Manage and maintain VMD points across Kacamatamoo stores for consistent brand presentation
• Develop and execute VMD concepts for product launches, campaigns, seasonal and festive promotions
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Store Operations for campaigns and store activities
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for POSM production, installation, and quality control
• Monitor VMD and POSM execution timelines and ensure materials are delivered and installed properly
• Prepare VMD reports, store visit reports, and presentations with actionable recommendations
• Keep up with retail, fashion, eyewear, and visual merchandising trends to develop fresh store concepts
