With 8–10+ years in VM and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, you will translate brand strategy into retail experiences, collaborate with Commercial and Marketing, and mentor a high-performing VM team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in Visual Merchandising within large-scale retail.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record across multiple brands or concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-brand VM strategies aligned with each brand’s identity, target customer, and commercial objectives.
• Lead seasonal VM concepts, campaigns, window displays, and product presentation across stores, regions, and formats.
• Translate brand and commercial strategies into impactful retail experiences using sales data and market insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing to deliver strong customer experiences and drive business objectives.
• Oversee VM planning and execution for new openings, refurbishments, and special projects; manage vendors and budgets.
• Establish VM guidelines, toolkits, and training to ensure consistent implementation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the VM team with a focus on creativity and accountability.
