Job summary

PT BICC BERCA Cables in Banten seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales and promote our cables and electrical products. You will provide technical support and assist customers to meet their needs in a full-time role.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have at least 5 years of electrical sales experience, with strong skills in promotions, branding, and marketing, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About the role We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our talented team at PT BICC BERCA Cables' in Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our industry-leading cables and electrical products to new and existing customers. As a key member of our sales force, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure our clients' needs are met.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Proven ability to develop strategic plans as well as monthly and annual reports.

Skilled in executing promotional, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated high integrity, discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Willing to be Placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.

Follow up and respond to requests for price quotes from prospective customers

Provide information on the progress of each order currently in progress with customers to superiors

Carry out promotions and presentations to potential customers

Conduct analysis and look for order opportunities on new projects

Provide regular (weekly) activity reports to superiors

Prepare the implementation of tender preparations

Obtain orders according to the Business Plan that has been created

Plan and evaluate SOP and WI for Sales & Marketing.

Establish and foster good relationships between the Company and Customers
