Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have at least 5 years of electrical sales experience, with strong skills in promotions, branding, and marketing, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical sales experience.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and produce monthly/annual reports.
• Skilled in promotional, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.
• Follow up on price quotes from prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and respond to price quotes from prospective customers.
• Provide progress updates on orders to superiors.
• Carry out promotions and presentations to potential customers.
• Analyze orders and identify opportunities on new projects.
• Provide weekly activity reports to superiors.
• Prepare tender implementations.
• Achieve orders according to the Business Plan.
• Plan and evaluate SOP and WI for Sales & Marketing.
• Establish and foster good relationships with customers.
