PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a senior Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across luxury properties in Ubud, Bali. This hands-on leader will drive zero-defect cleanliness, oversee a sizeable workforce, and enforce SOPs with a sharp eye for quality and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, 2–3 years at Supervisor/Manager level, and a proven track record of managing large teams and multi-property

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including at least 2–3 years in Supervisor/Manager level within luxury multi-property environments.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams (100–200+ employees) across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards, laundry operations, inventory, and chemical applications.
• Fluent in English and willing to work full-time on-site in Ubud, Bali.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily housekeeping, room prep, turn-down, public areas, and laundry across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections and audits to resolve issues before guest impact.
• Develop and improve SOPs, quality standards, inspection checklists, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to keep rooms and facilities in top condition.
• Lead and develop a large housekeeping team, including supervisors and attendants.
• Conduct regular training on housekeeping standards, safety, and guest service.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, amenities, and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor turnover and linen usage to optimize efficiency and costs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
• Respond to guest complaints and implement corrective actions.
