PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across multiple luxury properties in Ubud, Bali. The role demands hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain zero-defect cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee a large team (100–200+ staff), develop SOPs, conduct inspections, manage linen and equipment, and ensure budget compliance while upholding supreme service standards for discerning

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in hospitality management required.
• 5–8 years’ progressive housekeeping experience with 2–3 years at supervisory level in luxury properties.
• Experience managing 100–200+ staff across multiple properties and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping SOPs and quality checklists.
• Schedule and develop a large housekeeping team, including supervisors and attendants.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, and cleaning supplies.
• Respond to guest complaints and implement corrective actions.
