Qualifications

• Two to three years progressive housekeeping managerial experience, preferably in an upscale setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Experience with crew development, leadership coaching and performance management.
• Shipboard experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of shipboard policies and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Own housekeeping operations onboard to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and recognize supervisors and crew; maintain a strong floor presence.
• Ensure flawless and consistent delivery of services to the highest standards.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and safety compliance in housekeeping operations.
