Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA/Finance will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Management.
• Minimum 5 years in an executive leadership role, preferably in holding company or diversified business group.
• Strong experience in FP&A, treasury, taxation, corporate finance, investment analysis, and strategic financial management.
• Solid understanding of PSAK, taxation, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
• Experience managing multi-company financial consolidation preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead all aspects of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Budgeting, FP&A, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee financial performance across all business units and subsidiaries, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Board and Shareholders.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term planning.
• Drive governance, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the Group.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A, financing structures, and capital allocation strategies.
• Build relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulators.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead all aspects of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Reporting.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

CPA, CA, CFA, or Master's Degree (MBA/Finance) will be a strong advantage.
