Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead all aspects of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Reporting.
Oversee financial performance across all business units and subsidiaries, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
Prepare and present financial reports, business performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
Drive financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the Group.
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financing structures, and capital allocation strategies.
Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and digital transformation within the finance function.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
CPA, CA, CFA, or Master's Degree (MBA/Finance) will be a strong advantage.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Management.
Minimum 5 years in an executive leadership role, preferably within a holding company or diversified business group.
Strong experience in financial planning, treasury, taxation, corporate finance, investment analysis, and strategic financial management.
Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
Experience managing multi-company financial consolidation is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
