Job summary

Jumeirah Bali is seeking a Human Resources Executive (Data Analyst) to maintain HRIS, coordinate recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and support HR operations with dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR analytics or data analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience in HR reporting. Proficiency in English and a sense of teamwork are essential within our luxury hospitality network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis, ideally in hospitality.
• Ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Experience preparing HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, productivity).

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS accuracy and timely updates for compliance and audits.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for non-managerial roles, including screening and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure smooth induction/exit.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Human Resources Executive (Data Analyst) - Human Resources (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure timely updates of colleague records for compliance and audits.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for non-managerial roles, including screening, scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (recruitment, engagement, HR operations) for management review.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor law, supporting audits and inspections.
• Act as first-line HR contact for employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating complex cases.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements, including digitization and SOP updates.
• Liaise with government agencies for documentation, licenses, and other HR-related requirements.

About you

The Ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Analytics, or data analysis, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Experience in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, and workforce productivity reports.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
